1. Our Services

Coltivor provides two core services:

  • Google Ads / Pay-Per-Performance Marketing

  • Website Development

Each service is tailored to your business goals and outlined in a separate agreement or proposal before any work begins.


2. Payments

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed proposal or invoice.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.
Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or suspension of services.


3. Refund Policy

We value honesty and results. That’s why our refund policy is straightforward:

a. Google Ads / Pay-Per-Performance (Trial Month)

We offer a £50 trial month for new clients to test our Pay-Per-Performance system risk-free.
If you do not receive measurable results during your trial — such as genuine leads, calls, or inquiries — we will refund your £50 in full.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must provide accurate information and required access to ad accounts.

  • The campaign must remain active for the entire trial period.

  • Refund applies only to the £50 trial fee, not to any ad spend paid directly to Google.

Refunds are issued within 7 working days once eligibility is confirmed.

b. Website Development

Payments made for website development are non-refundable once the project begins.
This includes situations where:

  • The client changes their mind after project commencement

  • There are delays due to late content or approvals

  • The design or layout does not match personal preference after approval stages

We ensure all projects include approval checkpoints so that progress is reviewed and agreed upon before moving forward.


4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients are expected to:

  • Provide complete and accurate business information.

  • Respond to communication and approvals within reasonable timeframes.

  • Supply necessary materials such as content, logos, or access credentials promptly.


 

5. Updates to Terms

Coltivor reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
