These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS messaging program operated by Coltivor, a brand of Ecom Advise ("Coltivor", "we", "us", or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.
When you opt in to the Coltivor SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages related to our lead generation services for roofing contractors. Messages may include strategy call scheduling and reminders, follow-ups on your requested growth plan, account and campaign updates, and responses to your inquiries.
You opt in by submitting your mobile phone number through the lead form on coltivor.com and actively checking the consent box agreeing to receive SMS messages from Coltivor. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Coltivor does not charge for the messages, but your wireless provider's standard rates apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
